  • How big can a project be?
    We can laser etch flat material from 1"x1" to 11.5"x 23". For cups, glasses, mugs and other products, call for details.
  • How long does it take to process orders?
    Time processing orders can depend on the complexity of the project and the material being used. Most projects take approximately 24 to 72 hours. Call for details.
  • Are there quantity discounts?
    Yes. Call for details.
  • Can I , the customer, provide the material being used?
    Yes. However, 2 DUDES AND A TRAIN LAZER KUTZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED MATERIALS SHIPPED TO US. Call for details.
  • Can I provide a color photo?
    Yes, provided it is of good quality and in .png format. All color photos will be turned into a black and white rendering of the photo, so a high quality photo is required. We use editing software to enhance and edit the photo for laser use.
  • Are projects returnable if I am not satisfied?
    All projects are reviewed with the customer via email, text, and voice to ensure the final project is correct in all aspects before going to the laser. Once the project is finished on the laser, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the customer's project is damaged during shipping, (THIS ONLY APPLIES TO GLASS AND GLASS RELATED PRODUCTS) 2 DUDES will replace the product.
